Lisa is originally from North Bergen, NJ.  Where she was a dance studio owner/dancer teacher/choreographer for 25 years. She moved to LA in 2014 with her 2 boys. She has managed her older son Matte in the entertainment industry for the past 9 years and is a proud football mom to her younger son Michael. Lisa has been part of the RDC faculty since 2021.
