Michael is an established tap dancer, teacher and choreographer. He’s been very fortunate to study with the people that inspired him when he tried on his first pair of tap shoes 10 years ago. His teachers include Chloe Arnold, Jason Samuels Smith and Melinda Sullivan.

As a former actor, his professional stage credits include Spot Conlon in the Los Angeles Regional Premiere of NEWSIES at La Mirada Theatre (Ovation Nomination); Cosmo Brown in SINGIN’ IN THE RAIN at Pechanga Resort and Casino; Lead Tapper at Knott’s Berry Farm; Andy Lee and Ensemble in 42ND STREET at Candlelight Pavilion and 3-D Theatricals; Bryan in EMPTY HANDS (World Premiere at Boston Court, directed by Kay Cole). As a former casting associate/talent booker, his work can be seen on the Emmys, American Housewife (ABC), Bob’s Burgers (Fox); Black Panther: Wakanda Forever (Marvel); Primo (Amazon); Superstore (NBC); Central Park (Apple).

Michael currently teaches tap at AMDA LA and is also a respected acting/audition coach. He has taught masterclasses and workshops around the country in cities such as New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Portland and more.
