Maura was born and raised in Orlando Florida and has been dancing for 12 years. Throughout her dance career Maura has found a love for choreography and has taught at a variety of studios in the Orlando area such as Starz Dance Company, Performers Edge, Skyra Studios, Destination Dance Orlando and is now a part of the staff at Revolution Dance Center since moving to California in 2022. Maura has loved dancing in both dance team and dance studio programs and has furthered her dance education at Mather Dance Company as a member of the “Bridge into the Industry” Program in 2020. While in this program, she trained under top professionals in the dance industry and learned several skills that she integrates into her teaching and choreography now. She now trains in commercial styles and has performed in works by choreographers in LA.
