Carly Clove

Carly Clove was a spunky young girl born and raised in La Crescenta, California. She first fell for the art of dance at the age of seven after seeing her big sister perform. Monkey see monkey do as they always say... Little did she know that by following in big sister's footsteps she would eventually pave a path of her own. After dancing for three years at a studio called Cheers, she and her sister joined a new studio called The Dance House. There she made a home. With constant support from her mother Cara Clove and guidance from big sister Kristin, Carly competed at numerous dance competitions until the age of 18. After winning numerous awards including Miss Dance Rave, Miss Starpower, Miss Bravo, Miss Rainbow Connections, Miss IDC, Miss Superstar (at Star Systems dance competition), and Miss Photogenic at many competitions, she continued to model and dance as much as possible. The following year, after a life of dance competitions, Carly started to teach classes and began a musical theatre program with her big sister Kristin. However with the dip in the economy her beloved dance home was closed, but thanks to the loving support from Ms. Julie Kay and Melissa Gerard, Carly found a new dance home in 2009. Revolution Dance Center has been a blessing to those who share the love of dance. And here at RDC Carly has continued to grow as a teacher and a dancer, with the ability to share the art that has created the person she is today. If you are looking for a teacher who loves dance and life, and loves her students even more, Ms.Carly is your kind of girl.  Carly teaches hip hop, jazz, lyrical, turns & leaps, Broadway and combination classes for ages 3 to 12.  She also choreographs for RDC's competition team, JKDC.
